Listing sites

Found a house on Zillow? Paste the link and see who owns it.

Every buyer can see the listing. Only you will see who owns the home, how long they have owned it, what tax they owe and how likely they are to sell, before anyone else has called. Paste the link, or open any LeadCounty property and check it on Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com or Street View in one click.

Paste a link. See the owner side.

  1. 1. Copy the link. From Zillow, Redfin or Realtor.com, any home page.
  2. 2. Paste it in the search box. We read the street, city and ZIP out of the link text.
  3. 3. Your file opens. Owner, years owned, tax owed, deeds, value history and the likely-to-sell score with its reasons.

Saves the minutes of copying an address, switching tabs and searching, on every house you look at. If the home is in a county you do not have yet, we say so and you can add it.

Check it on the other sites in one click.

Every property file has a small “Check this home on” row: Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, Google Maps and Street View. Cards in My leads and the owner’s property list have the same links in a small menu. You see the photos and the listing on their side and the county record on ours, without retyping an address.

What we do not do

  • We do not copy or show anything from those sites: no estimates, no photos, no listing details.
  • We never open the link you paste. We only read the address that is written in it.
  • Only the address goes into a link, never an owner name or any personal data.

Questions

Does LeadCounty copy anything from Zillow, Redfin or Realtor.com?

No. We do not read, copy or store anything from those sites. The links are built from the address in the county record, and a pasted link is only read as text to get the street, city and ZIP out of it. We never open it.

What happens when I paste a link?

The address is read from the link and looked up in your counties. If the home is there, its LeadCounty file opens. If it is not, you are told, and you can add that county.

Which sites can I check a home on?

Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, Google Maps and Google Street View. Each opens in a new tab.

Is my information sent to those sites?

Only the property address goes into the link, the same address anyone could type there. Never an owner name, phone or anything about you.

Does it cost extra?

No. It is in every plan, including the free trial.

Why not just use the listing site?

A listing shows what the seller's agent wants you to see. The county record shows who owns the home, for how long, what tax is owed and how likely they are to sell. You need both, in two clicks.

Zillow, Redfin and Realtor.com are trademarks of their owners. LeadCounty is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.

See who owns the house, not just the listing.
