- No refunds once a plan has started.
- Cancel any time; access runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- Duplicate or mistaken charges are always refunded.
Free trial first
You can start with a 7-day free trial, so you can check the data, the features and your county before you pay anything. The Explore trial needs no card; the Full-access trial uses a card and costs nothing if you cancel before day 7.
No refunds after purchase
Because you can try LeadCounty free first, payments are not refunded once a plan has started: monthly, yearly and lifetime plans, add-ons and custom data orders. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for; you will not be charged again.
Billing mistakes
If you were charged twice or charged by mistake, e-mail us and we will refund the mistaken charge. Where the law of your country gives you a right to a refund, we follow it.
How refunds are paid
Any refund is issued by Creem, our payment provider, to the original payment method.
