Every seller letter gets its own code and QR. When an owner replies, the lead is marked Responded and you are told at once. The results show which list turns letters into contracts, so you stop paying postage on the ones that do not.
How it works

- 2. The owner replies They point a phone at the QR or type the short link, and ask for an offer. A quick scan counts too.
- 3. The lead moves The property becomes a lead if it was not one, is marked Responded and you get a notice and an e-mail right away.
- 4. You see what works Letters sent, responses, appointments, contracts and closed deals for each list, best list first.
What the report shows
- Letters sent, responses, appointments, contracts and closed deals, for every list you mailed.
- Deals per 1,000 letters, so a small list and a large list compare fairly.
- One row per mailing: the template, the list, the day it was printed and how many scanned.
What it does not do
- No call-tracking phone numbers, so no per-number fees.

Do my letters still print without it?
Yes. Writing, printing, envelopes and labels are in every plan. Without tracking, the letter carries your phone number instead of a code and a QR.
How does a letter get tracked?
Each letter gets its own short code and QR. It points to a small page with your name and phone and a button to ask you for an offer. A scan or a reply marks the lead Responded and puts a notice in your bell.
Can I see which list brings the deals?
Yes. The results tab shows each list from letters sent to responses, appointments, contracts and closed deals, and ranks the lists by deals per 1,000 letters.
Does it track phone calls?
No. There are no call-tracking numbers, so there are no per-number fees. Owners respond by scanning the code or filling in the short form.
Does it mail the letters for me?
No. You print and mail them, or download the list in the upload layout of a mail house. Postage and printing are yours.
What happens when an owner says stop?
Owner opt-outs are honoured: an owner marked do not contact is left out of letters and lists.
What do owners see on the response page?
Your name, phone and company, the property address on the letter, and a short form. Nothing about other owners.
