Owners, values, taxes and building facts come from the Auditor's nightly public data export. Transfers are the Auditor's sales history (newer sales show as each parcel's last transfer) and no deed types are published. Market value is the Auditor's full value; assessed = 35% (CAUV farmland at its CAUV value). Tax owed counts only tax that is past due (an unpaid half after its due date plus earlier-year delinquent tax and assessments); owner-occupied = the 2.5% owner-occupancy credit. Owner names are cut at about 25 characters by the county; the full name is in "tax bill to".

How unpaid tax and foreclosure work in Ohio
Unpaid tax is certified delinquent after about a year; the county treasurer then forecloses through the court or the Board of Revision, and sheriff sales are held online. Some counties also sell tax lien certificates. The owner can pay the full amount until the court confirms the sheriff sale.
Mortgage foreclosures: judicial. Mortgage foreclosures go through the court of common pleas and end with an online sheriff sale.
