Values, yearly tax, tax paid and earlier-year delinquent tax come from the Auditor's monthly tax file; tax owed is the Auditor's "current unpaid accounts" amount when the parcel is on that list. "Certified delinquent" = on the newest advertised delinquent list. Transfers since 1998 with the deed type (WD warranty, SU survivorship, SH sheriff, LW limited warranty, FD fiduciary, QC quit claim, ED executor; an E at the end = exempt). The county does not publish site city / zip: they come from the transfer records or the owner's address. Owner-occupied = the 2.5% owner-occupancy credit. Rental registrations are in the property details.

How unpaid tax and foreclosure work in Ohio
Unpaid tax is certified delinquent after about a year; the county treasurer then forecloses through the court or the Board of Revision, and sheriff sales are held online. Some counties also sell tax lien certificates. The owner can pay the full amount until the court confirms the sheriff sale.
Mortgage foreclosures: judicial. Mortgage foreclosures go through the court of common pleas and end with an online sheriff sale.
