Owner, mailing address, values and the last transfer come from the county GIS copy of the Auditor's roll, which is an older copy; only the latest transfer is published, with no building facts. Market value is the Auditor's appraised value (assessed = 35%). Yearly tax is worked out from the tax district's effective rate (the real bill is not published in bulk). "Tax delinquent" means the parcel is on the Auditor's delinquent advertising list (amount owed as listed there) or the forfeited-land list. The likely-to-sell score is not available for Wood County (no sales history); no city code-enforcement records.

How unpaid tax and foreclosure work in Ohio
Unpaid tax is certified delinquent after about a year; the county treasurer then forecloses through the court or the Board of Revision, and sheriff sales are held online. Some counties also sell tax lien certificates. The owner can pay the full amount until the court confirms the sheriff sale.
Mortgage foreclosures: judicial. Mortgage foreclosures go through the court of common pleas and end with an online sheriff sale.
