See who owns the house you are looking at, in one glance.

Browsing a home on Zillow, Redfin or Realtor.com? Open the LeadCounty side panel while you browse: the owner, how long they have owned it, the tax they owe and how likely they are to sell, right beside the page. No tab switching, no retyping the address. Free for LeadCounty subscribers.

What the side panel shows

  • Likely to sell, 1 to 10, with the top three reasons in plain English.
  • Who owns it and whether they are a person, a company or an estate, and how many years they have owned it.
  • Where the owner lives: out of state, or away from the home.
  • Tax owed and how many years behind, plus the last sale date and price.
  • Flags such as inherited, pre-foreclosure or an open code case.
  • One click to open the full property file, add the home to My leads, watch it, or copy the owner’s mailing address.

Only your counties

The side panel shows LeadCounty data for the counties in your plan. If the home is in a county you do not have yet, it says so and offers to add it for $79/month. Visitors without a paid plan see a short note about subscribing.

What it does not do

  • It does not copy anything from those sites: no prices, photos, estimates or descriptions.
  • It adds nothing to those pages. It opens in the browser’s side panel, and only when you click its button.
  • It reads only the street address in the web address of the home you are viewing, and sends only that address to LeadCounty.
  • It does nothing on other sites, and it never sees your password.

Questions

Does it copy anything from Zillow, Redfin or Realtor.com?

No. The extension reads only the street address that is written in the web address of the home you are viewing. It does not read prices, photos, estimates or descriptions, and it does not store or send them.

Does it change the listing sites' pages?

No. The extension adds nothing to Zillow, Redfin or Realtor.com pages. It opens in the browser's own side panel, next to the page. It only looks at the page when you click its button, and then only at the web address of that one page.

What does it send to LeadCounty?

The street address, and your extension sign-in. Nothing else about the page, and nothing about what else you browse. It does nothing on any other website.

Who can use it?

Subscribers with a paid LeadCounty plan. It is free, there is no extra charge. Free trials and signed-out visitors see a short note about subscribing.

Which homes does it show data for?

Homes in the counties your plan includes. For a home in another county the panel shows the county name and a button to add it for $79/month.

What if a home is not found?

The panel says “Not in LeadCounty records yet”. New homes and unusual addresses can take a while to appear in county files.

Is it safe to connect?

You sign in on leadcounty.com, never inside the extension, so it never sees your password. Each browser gets its own sign-in that works only for this extension. You can disconnect any browser from your account page at any time.

Which browsers?

Chrome and Edge (versions with the side panel) for now. It is installed from a folder today and will be in the Chrome Web Store later.
